Part Time Employment Contract

A part time employment contract contains the same basic specifications that a normal employment contract contains. It carries the circumstances of employment, compensation terms, and termination terms. The major difference is within the circumstances of employment. With a part time employment contract the individual being employed is at the mercy of the employer. The employer may stipulate in the contract that work hours are determined only by need of the company. In addition to the unpredictable nature, any benefits of employment are not usually granted to part time employees. This would also be specified in the contract.
